At Miss Glacier, we want you to love your results. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 60-day risk-free return policy.

60-Day Returns

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

 The item must be in original condition

 All original packaging must be included

 Proof of purchase is required

 The email used at checkout

 Reason for return

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

 Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

 Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

Return Shipping

 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged

 Shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it at no cost.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
