We currently ship to customers in the United States.
Processing time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Estimated delivery time:
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
Shipping cost:
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free US shipping applies on eligible orders (as shown on-site).
Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Address changes:
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@missglacier.com. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change it.
Returns (60-Day Risk-Free)
We offer a 60-day return policy starting from the date your order is delivered.

How to start a return:
Email us at support@missglacier.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. We’ll send return instructions.
Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return:

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@missglacier.com. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
